Picking up where Rodda left of in The Key to Rondo, Leo and Mimi return to the secret world of Rondo that resides within the music box that was left to Leo by his Great-Aunt Bethany Langlander. Though this book seems to move slowly, The Wizard of Rondo will draw readers into a world inhabited by wizards, the Blue Queen, a talking duck, a ferocious and vain talking pig, and Leo and Mimi's missing ancestors. Readers who love the Inkheart series will cherish this other-worldly adventure.
